Flow classes link breath & movement in a beautifully but channelling yoga class. It is excellent for building upper body strength and flexibility as well as being great for the core muscles.
What Can I Expect?
Music, good vibes & lot’s of heat.
A little bit of everything. Some challenging standing postures are mixed with more restorative postures on the floor. You will learn how to link breath and body to create a moving meditation practice.
How Will I Feel?
By the end of the class you will be hot, sweaty & super stretchy. The practice closes with meditation and/or relaxation to leave you in a place of total inner peace.
Is it for Me?
This class can be dynamic and physical but it can be modified to suit for all levels, including beginners.
Will There Be Any Chanting?
Class may close with an OM but there’s no chanting.
